At the age of 13 they should be eligible receive life in prison. At the age of 15 they should be eligible to receive life the death penalty. At this age they know right from wrong.

These 3 kids that committed this crime should spen the rest of their lives in prison. If the victim dies, they should get the death penalty and be executed at the ages of 18.
